Aether uses submitted website addresses, business details, uploaded images, and conversation history to create and manage your website. Do not submit confidential information that should not appear in your project.

Audit captures and generated project files are stored so you can return to your work. Use the Help page to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.

When you send a support request, we store your message and contact email together with limited diagnostic information, such as the current workflow stage, browser type, and failed request codes, to investigate the issue. Technical details are restricted to our support administrators. We do not collect passwords, chat contents, or form values as part of these diagnostics.
